Software Reliance Program (SRP)
When you purchase a CBT you are not charged for the Software Reliance Program (SRP) that is charged on most of our software products. However, your CBTs will be added to your SRP renewal the following year. This will allow you to get upgrades for your CBTs as long as you participate in the SRP.
Enterprise Agreement Customers
OSIsoft EA Customers should contact their Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) to order CBTs - do not use this online form or you will be charged full retail price.
Support for LMS
The soon-to-be released v2.1 of the PI ProcessBook, PI Datalink, and RtWebParts (CBT) will be compliant with standard Learning Management Systems (LMS) for web delivery, test reporting, and user tracking. This offers customers student progress tracking and internet delivery via integration with a company wide LMS (through compliance with the SCORM v2.1 standard). Customers with a SCORM compliant LMS who want to particpate in beta testing can contact Nick D'Orazio (nick@osisoft.com).
Requirements
The tutorials do not require any of the OSIsoft software that are taught (however, if you are licensed for these products you can practice the tutorials by switching between the demonstration and the application).
The requirements are:
Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0, 2000, XP or later version
90 MHz processor
16 MB of RAM
Windows-compatible sound card and speakers or headphones
